1. Service Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made within 3 days of purchase/order confirmation.

Once project work has commenced (design, development, or any resource allocation), cancellations will not be accepted.

Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of payment.

Refunds will only be considered if project work has not started.

No refunds will be issued for:

Domain, hosting, SSL certificates, or any third-party services purchased on behalf of the client.

Project delays caused due to client-side issues (e.g., delay in providing content, approvals, or feedback).

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
3. Project Abandonment
If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued, and any advance payment will be forfeited.
4. Modification or Termination of Policy
Speora reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
