1Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to SPEORA Digital Agency ("SPEORA", "we", "us", "our") for our services, including but not limited to web design and development, SEO, paid advertising, social media management, e-commerce development, AI solutions, domain and hosting services, and any other digital services offered by us.
By making a payment to SPEORA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
2Refund Eligibility — 3 Hours Only
A payment is eligible for a refund only if the refund request is raised within 3 (three) hours from the exact time of the transaction.
- The 3-hour window starts from the timestamp of the successful payment as recorded by our payment gateway.
- Requests received after the 3-hour window — even by a few minutes — will not be eligible for a refund.
- Within the 3-hour window, you may request a full refund without needing to provide a reason.
3How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window, contact us through any of the following channels and share your payment details (transaction ID, amount, date and time of payment, and the name/email used):

The time at which we receive your written refund request (email or WhatsApp message) will be treated as the official request time. We recommend sending a written request even if you first contact us by phone.
4Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
- Refunds are typically initiated within 3–5 business days of approval.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Any payment gateway charges or currency conversion fees deducted by third parties are outside our control and may not be recoverable.
5Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued in the following cases, regardless of circumstances:
- Refund requests made after 3 hours from the time of payment.
- Domain name registrations, hosting purchases, SSL certificates, and other third-party services purchased on your behalf.
- Advertising budgets or ad credits already transferred to platforms such as Google or Meta.
- Completed or delivered work, including designs, code, content, or reports already shared with you.
- Delays or dissatisfaction caused by incomplete information, content, or approvals not provided by the client.
- Change of mind, change in business plans, or project cancellation by the client after the refund window has closed.
6Chargebacks
We request that you contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Chargebacks raised for payments outside the 3-hour refund window will be contested with full transaction records, communication history, and proof of this policy.
7Policy Changes
SPEORA reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your payment will apply to your transaction. We encourage you to review this page before every payment.
